About Victoria Guzman
Victoria Guzman was born in Mesa, AZ and spent her childhood camping and hiking in the various State and National Parks in Arizona, Utah, and Colorado. At the age of 12, her family moved to a small town in northern Michigan. After graduating high school, she attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she completed her degree in International Studies.
Missing the mountains and sunshine, Victoria moved to Boulder, CO in 2017 to attend law school at the University of Colorado – Boulder. During law school, she developed a passion for employment law. In pursuit of this passion, she interned at the Division of Labor Standards and Statistics where she participated on the policy team drafting the Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order #36. After graduation, Victoria passed the Colorado Bar exam and accepted a position as a compliance investigator with the Division. There, she investigated claims for unpaid wages and the misclassification of Colorado employees. In 2021, Victoria joined the employment law team at The Wilhite Law Firm. In her free time, Victoria enjoys exploring the various mountain trails that Colorado has to offer.
