About Richard Rose
Richard B. Rose, born and raised in New York City, attended the University of Denver for both his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctor degrees. In undergraduate school, Mr. Rose was admitted to Pi Gamma Mu, the social sciences honor society.
He was licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado in 1978, and subsequently, served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Fullerton, a judge of the Denver District Court.
Mr. Rose joined the firm of The Wilhite Law Firm in 1979. He serves as the firm’s Vice President and second senior member. Mr. Rose has extensive experience in trial preparation, trial presentation, and the preparation and argument of appeals in the Colorado and Federal appellate courts. His name appears as counsel of record in fifteen published Colorado and Federal appellate decisions. Mr. Rose is a member of the bars of the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. His practice emphasizes personal injury law. Mr. Rose is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
