Quality Custom Distribution Services, Inc.

In the case of Hession v. Quality Custom Distribution Services (“QCD”), our client alleges that QCD failed to pay overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 12 per day, in violation of Colorado wage and hour law. QCD removed the case to federal court, after which it was returned to state court, and then sent to arbitration. We are currently in the process of choosing an arbitrator from the American Arbitration Association.
