About Katie Roberts
Katie Roberts has helped thousands of injured workers receive Workers’ Compensation benefits and disabled people get Social Security Disability benefits since 2002.
She has worked at The Wilhite Law Firm since 2005 and became a managing partner in 2009. She currently manages the Workers’ Compensation Department and the Social Security Disability Department.
Katie grew up in Ft. Collins, Colorado where she attended Fort Collins High School and then went to Colorado State University to pursue her Bachelors. At C.S.U., she majored in Speech Communications, and was active in her Chi Omega Sorority and a CSU Cheerleader for 4 years. She attended Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas for two years, and then transferred to the University of Denver Law School for her last year before receiving her Juris Doctorate. For one summer, she attended Kings College in London to study comparative law. She also was a Denver Nuggets Cheerleader for 3 years and now is married and a mother of two little girls. She enjoys yoga, swimming, and spending time with her family.
Some of her professional accomplishments include successfully arguing in Federal District Court for Social Security clients, and presenting oral argument at the Colorado Court of Appeals in Workers’ Compensation cases. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Workers’ Compensation Education Association, Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group, National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and was named a Super Lawyer in 5280’s Super Lawyers Magazine from 2011-2022.
